Fragrant Lemon-Herb Salmon
It’s time for another Movement Meal of the Week! This time, we’re bringing you a fragrant lemon-herb salmon recipe that will entice your taste buds and is perfect for dinner as we transition into fall. Preheat the oven, grab your spices, and let’s make dinner!

COOK TIME: 14 mins
TOTAL TIME: 29 mins
Recipe Ingredients
3 Filet of salmon
1 lemon, sliced
1 tbsp Salted Butter
1 tbsp Rosemary (dry or fresh)
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Oregano leaves
1 tbsp Dry parsley
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
½ tsp Black pepper
½ tsp Salt
Cooking Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Wash salmon in lemon juice and place on a greased foil-lined tray
Sprinkle seasoning on top of the fish in this order:
Salt
Black pepper
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Italian
Parsley
Oregano
Thyme
Rosemary
Place at least 1 slice of lemon on each filet.
Thinly slice the butter and arrange on the fish. There is not much science on how to do this.
Cook the salmon appropriately for its thickness.
Thin Fillet (under 1 inch0 - Bake 9 min at 450 degrees and then an additional 3 minutes on Broil
Thick Fillet - Bake 12 min at 450 degrees and then an additional 4 minutes on Broil
1 inch thick steaks - Bake 12 min at 450 degrees and then an additional 4 minutes on Broil
Plate and serve.
