Grilled Honey-Cinnamon Pineapple Spears

Hey everybody! We hope you all have had a wonderful weekend and your week is off to a great start. This week, we wanted to bring you a quick snack for you family: grilled honey-cinnamon pineapple spears! They’re super easy to make and delicious.


Ingredients:

8 Pineapple Spears

2 tbsp honey

2 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp vegetable oil (do not use olive oil)

Directions:

If you are using wooden skewers, soak the skewers in water for 1 hour

Place Pineapple spears in a flat dish

Sprinkle on cinnamon evenly

Drizzle on honey evenly

Drizzle on oil

Gently mix to coat all the sides of the pineapple

Skewer each pineapple

Grill on each side for 3-4 minutes or until grill marks appear and darken
