Circle Leadership and Coaching Covenant

As an essential part of the TheMovement.tv discipleship team, you have a responsibility to develop and exhibit mature, Christian behavior by practicing obedience.  This should be the basic premise of your desire to work as a circle leader/coach with TheMovement.tv.  As Christians, the way we present ourselves to others is of vital importance to the way others perceive Christ.  Our conduct should never be an embarrassment to Christ but should exemplify the best qualities of a mature believer and leader/coach.  Exemplifying the highest moral commitment, circle leaders/coaches alongside TheMovement.tv are to maintain a disciplined life of daily Bible reading, prayer, and spiritual growth. It would be best if you also refrain from behavior that does not exemplify a Christ-like lifestyle or that may cause others to stumble (social media included).

By providing an example in speech and action, we encourage others to grow in Christ and become disciple makers themselves.  This is a way of life measured by the heart and commitment of each believer in the TheMovement.tv family. We should regard it as an essential part of our development, not as an imposition or restriction. Thank you for serving as a city group leader/coach alongside TheMovement.tv Directional Leaders and Pastoral Team.  As a circle leader/coach, you will be viewed by those in your group, as a leader amongst TheMovement.tv.  As a result, we ask that you enter into covenant with the other circle leaders/coaches by making the following commitments:
