Abs and Sprint Workout

30 seconds sprint/ 5 second rest- (complete this 10 times)

Seated clocks: 3 sets of 20 in each direction.

20 seconds sprint/ 20 seconds rest- (complete this 5 times)

Seated frogs: 3 sets of 15 reps

40 seconds sprint/ 10 seconds rest- (complete 3 times)

Jack-knifes: 3 sets of 20 reps

Once you’ve completed this workout, be sure to cool down, stretch, and eat a nutritious meal
